Members can earn points through eligible hotel stays and spending, as well as selected partners and credit cards, then redeem those points against hotel stays, Limitless Experiences, airline miles and other rewards. As members stay more frequently, they can also progress through ALL Accor's Status levels and unlock additional recognition and benefits across the portfolio.

04 Progress Through Status Levels
Eligible nights and Status points can move members from Classic through to Diamond, unlocking additional recognition and benefits along the way.
ALL Accor Reward points are the programme's rewards currency. Members earn them through eligible stays and qualifying spending, as well as selected credit cards, partners and promotions. Points can later be redeemed for hotel stays, experiences, airline miles and other travel rewards.
Hotel stays are the main way to earn Reward points. At most participating brands, Classic members earn 25 Reward points per €10 of eligible spend, with lower scales at brands such as ibis, ibis Styles, Mama Shelter, Adagio and ibis budget. Members with a higher status receive an additional points bonus on eligible stays.

ALL Accor co-branded credit cards can earn Reward points directly on eligible spending, while selected bank rewards programmes can be converted into Reward points. Card availability, benefits and conversion partners vary by market.
Reward points can also be earned beyond hotel stays through participating bars and restaurants, airline partners, car rental, trains, activities, shopping and online surveys, as well as limited-time promotions.
Selected ALL Accor co-branded credit cards can earn Reward points directly on eligible spending while also offering benefits such as complimentary ALL status, welcome points and additional Accor-specific perks. The cards below are issued in South Korea and Indonesia.

Yes. ALL Accor membership is free. New members start at Classic status, with access to the Member Rate and premium Wi-Fi, and earn points toward hotel stays and other rewards.
Yes. Reward points are valid for 365 consecutive days, and that validity is extended by a further 365 days whenever Reward points are credited to the account or donated through the programme. Points lapse after 365 days with no such activity.
There is no award chart. Reward points work as a discount on the booking: 2,000 Reward points equal a €40 discount, so the number of points needed depends on the price of the stay. Online, points can be used from 1,000 points (€20).
Generally no. The programme terms state that points are personal and non-transferable. ALL Accor lists Reward points transfers, via a Personal Assistant, only as a benefit of the invitation-only Limitless status.
