IHG One Rewards is the guest loyalty programme of IHG Hotels & Resorts, connecting members across 21 hotel brands, from extended-stay and everyday names to luxury brands such as Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, Regent Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Vignette Collection and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, alongside global names including Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo and voco hotels, with more than 7,000 hotels in more than 100 countries. Six Senses, Iberostar Beachfront Resorts and Ruby Hotels take part at participating properties only.
Members earn IHG One Rewards Points on eligible stays booked direct, as well as through IHG One Rewards credit cards from Chase and selected partners, then redeem those points for Reward Nights with no blackout dates, Points & Cash stays, IHG One Rewards Access experiences and other rewards. As members stay more often, they can progress through Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Elite status and choose Milestone Rewards along the way.

Membership Tiers
IHG One Rewards has five membership tiers, beginning with Club Member and progressing through Silver Elite, Gold Elite and Platinum Elite to Diamond Elite, the highest tier. Elite status is earned each calendar year through Elite Qualifying Nights or Elite Qualifying Points (Silver Elite is earned on nights only), and once earned it is kept through the end of the following calendar year. Higher tiers unlock increasing levels of recognition, bonus points and hotel benefits.

Club Member is the free entry level of IHG One Rewards, with member rates, free internet and points toward Reward Nights from the very first stay.

How to Earn IHG One Rewards Points
IHG One Rewards Points are the programme's rewards currency. Members earn them through eligible stays and qualifying hotel spending, as well as IHG One Rewards credit cards, partners and promotions. Points can later be redeemed for Reward Nights, Points & Cash stays, experiences and other rewards.
Hotel stays are the main way to earn IHG One Rewards Points. Members earn 10 points per US$1 on qualifying spend at most IHG hotels, and 5 points per US$1 at Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites. Elite members receive an additional Elite Tier Bonus on qualifying stays.

IHG One Rewards credit cards from Chase earn points directly on eligible spending, while Chase Ultimate Rewards points can be transferred into IHG One Rewards. The Premier cards also include automatic Platinum Elite status while the account stays open.
Points can also be earned beyond hotel stays with partners such as Hertz, OpenTable and Viator, through IHG Dine & Earn and registered member offers. Members can buy up to 200,000 points per calendar year, and Milestone Rewards can add bonus points every 10 nights from 20 nights a year.

IHG One Rewards Points can be redeemed for Reward Nights at more than 7,000 hotels and resorts, spanning city hotels, beach resorts and some of IHG's most exceptional luxury properties. There are no blackout dates, although room inventory is limited, and the points required vary by brand, hotel and day of the week. Reward Nights may not be available at IHG Army Hotels or Six Senses properties.
With enough points, members can unlock Reward Nights at landmark IHG properties around the world, from overwater villas in French Polynesia and island resorts in the Maldives and on the Great Barrier Reef to grand hotels in Paris and Bangkok.

Transfer Points Between Members
IHG One Rewards members can transfer points to friends and family in 1,000-point increments between two designated member accounts, using IHG's online transfer tool or IHG Customer Care. Once processed, a transfer cannot be cancelled or refunded.
